We offer a variety of autistic education programs designed to meet the diverse needs and interests of our autistic and neurodivergent students. From vocational training to college prep, and independent living lessons, our inclusive learning environment ensures that all students receive the neurodivergent support services they need to succeed.

    Cinthia serves as Head of Development for Golden Gate Pathways, where she leads fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and community partnerships to advance the organization’s mission of supporting autistic and neurodivergent young people in achieving their educational and career goals.

    With a passion for equity and opportunity, Cinthia 

     

    Cinthia serves as Head of Development for Golden Gate Pathways, where she leads fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and community partnerships to advance the organization’s mission of supporting autistic and neurodivergent young people in achieving their educational and career goals.

    With a passion for equity and opportunity, Cinthia works closely with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic partners to expand access to life-changing programs. His focus is building sustainable funding streams that allow Golden Gate Pathways to scale its impact and provide executive functioning support, career readiness training, and academic guidance to the young people and families it serves.

    Cinthia believes that when communities invest intentionally in neurodivergent talent, everyone benefits. Her work ensures that opportunity is not limited by difference — but strengthened by it.

    Dr. Nandita  serves as the Clinical Director at Golden Gate Pathways, where she leads all therapeutic services and clinical oversight for the organization. A licensed behavior analyst and doctoral-level clinician, Dr. Bora brings extensive experience in supporting autistic and neurodivergent young people across educational, community, a

     

     

    Dr. Nandita  serves as the Clinical Director at Golden Gate Pathways, where she leads all therapeutic services and clinical oversight for the organization. A licensed behavior analyst and doctoral-level clinician, Dr. Bora brings extensive experience in supporting autistic and neurodivergent young people across educational, community, and transitional settings.

    In her role, Dr. Bora supervises licensed clinicians and therapeutic staff, oversees the development and implementation of individualized behavior and support plans, and ensures that all services are evidence-based, ethical, and person-centered. She works collaboratively with families, educators, and program leaders to strengthen executive functioning, emotional regulation, social development, and independent living skills.

    Dr. Bora is committed to a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach that empowers young people to build confidence, independence, and meaningful pathways toward education and career success.

    Student Success Coach

    Kenya O., M.Ed.

      

    Kenya is a Student Success Coach at Golden Gate Pathways, where she works closely with autistic and neurodivergent young people to help them build the skills, confidence, and structure needed to succeed academically and professionally. She provides individualized coaching in areas such as executive functioning, goal setting, time manage

      

    Kenya is a Student Success Coach at Golden Gate Pathways, where she works closely with autistic and neurodivergent young people to help them build the skills, confidence, and structure needed to succeed academically and professionally. She provides individualized coaching in areas such as executive functioning, goal setting, time management, academic planning, and career readiness.

    Kenya serves as both mentor and accountability partner, collaborating with families, educators, and employers to create personalized pathways for each student. Using a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach, she empowers students to overcome challenges, advocate for themselves, and confidently pursue their educational and career goals.
